Refund and Returns Policy


1. Right to Cancel
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. The cancellation period starts from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement via email or telephone, quoting your order number.


2. Returns Process
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision. The goods must be returned in their original, unused and saleable condition, including all packaging and accessories.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as you bear the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.

(We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.)

Returns note must be included inside the parcel when returning the goods. Failure to include this note may result in processing delays.

3. Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will process your refund. Refunds will include the cost of the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and we will process your refund within 30 days
of receiving the returned goods.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including the cost of return shipping.
Please contact us immediately (within 14 days) to arrange the return of such items.

Please note - the 14-days starts from the day your parcel arrived.


5. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
1. Custom-made / bespoke or personalised items

    6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.
